Plans, pricing, promotions, speeds, and availability may vary by location and provider, and are subject to change without notice. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver messaging services, under confidentiality and security obligations.
